I feel totally alone
Detail Description:
I'm not sure what my problem is. I think I have more than one, but I'll start off with the fact that I feel totally alone most of the time, even when people are around. I don't feel understood and I don't feel like I'm cared about. I sometimes blame myself for how I feel and sometimes I feel like it is others faults. I don't know I'm just lonely I guess. XXXXXXXX

A lot of people had this feeling sometimes in their lives, so please know that you are not strange or anything like that.
And I can totally understand what you feel in this situation.
We often want others to understand us, know what's in our mind, know what we want, what we prefer, what we feel like...
But at the same time, we often forget to open ourselves, open our heart to others...
We often feel it's embarrass, not necessary, useless... to tell others what we feel, to open our heart to them., while expect them to know and understand...
Don't be afraid, open your heart and mind, let others know you care about them and let them know you more... they will see how wonderful a person you are!
And please always remember that you are not alone!
