JUST NEED SOMEONE TO TALK

Detail Description:

I'm not asking for help, but I'm asking if anyone knows of an agency or other type place that helps people with poor credit replace their home.
Our mobile home is falling apart and we have no insurance on it. The living room ceiling has fallen in due to heavy rain and we now use tarp stapled there. My kitchen and hall floors are collapsing and we've had to put down planks to get from falling thru. We've tried several lending places but our credit score is too low.
My husband works very hard and makes decent money, but he pays all the bills and groceries. I'm 52 and receive a disability check (severe arthritis of the spine) and it goes to paying off past credit debts. We are not bums but good people trying to get by.
My husband works all day and comes home to cook and clean. How he gets a decent night sleep, I'll never know. I pray for him alot, I know that helps him, but I just worry.
Anyways if anyone knows of someplace that can help us get another mobile home (it doesn't have to be new-just liveable)--please let me know.
We live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Update - Latest Status, Additional Information:

Sometimes I need to just talk to someone about my problems. Not to ask for help but to get it out of my system. I can't talk to hubby, I don't want to stress him out more than he is.
I have no nearby friends and I can't get out very much because of my back problems.
Thanks
